Janus’s Story
Janus isn’t technically a senior, but she now resides at our Paws For Change Senior Safe House because it suits her ‘old soul’ personality.
She was brought to our rescue partner’s attention during one of our sterilisation days in the villages. She had TVT and our rescuer couldn’t leave without making plans for her treatment. TVT (transmissible venereal tumours) are cancerous tumours that require chemotherapy treatment.
Janus was taken in and treated and has now been given the all clear from her cancer, but will continue to stay at our Paws For Change Senior Safe House where she is safe and loved.
